Melfort is gearing up for a summer favourite: The Exhibition.
Despite construction on the south side of the city, Melfort is bringing the exhibition back to the fairgrounds from July 21-23.
Manager of the Melfort Ag Society Kim Eskowich told northeastNOW that although there may be construction in the area, there are easy ways to access all entrances.
“The construction is gonna be around till the middle of August but they do have it now so that you can access the main gate. The only difference being is if you’re coming from the north side of Melfort, across the tracks, you may have to take a little bit of a detour.”
Despite having to take a different way to enjoy the exhibition all of the fan favourites will be available. From food to games and everything in between, Eskowich explains the event is fun for all ages.
“West Coast Amusements will be here again. All three days are a motocross and bike stunt show and Friday is a kid’s day.”
Indigo Circus Rovers will be performing on the grounds to celebrate Kids’ Day on Friday and Saturday as well.
The Global FMX Motocross Show will also perform each day throughout the event.
For those hitting the grandstand you will be able to see the Indigo Circus on Friday, Bad Moon Riders on Saturday and a Demolition Derby on Sunday.
Chuckwagon races will be back as well as a beer garden for those 19 and older to enjoy.
