Two people were pronounced dead on scene, while the other four people in the vehicle at the time have been sent to the hospital with serious injuries.
A 41-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, both from Cumberland House, are those deceased. Their families have been notified.
This comes after Carrot River RCMP received a report of a single vehicle rollover on Highway 123, at approximately 12:30 p.m. on August 30.
The accident occurred roughly 24 kilometres north of the junction of Highways 123 and 55 (Blue Jay), north of the Town of Carrot River.
Highway 123 was closed during the initial investigation but has since re-opened.
