The 2024 rendition of Curling Day in Canada was held in Melfort, as local citizens had plenty of opportunities to celebrate with a variety of events throughout the day.
This included:
Learn-to-curl sessions for both youth and adults, which included teachings from two-time Brier champion Pat Simmons.

Inflatable curling.

A send-off for the local Special Olympics curling team who will be heading to Nationals in Calgary this week.
Crokicurl.

Free hot chocolate.

Sleigh rides.
A community showdown.

A live TSN broadcast and the Brier Tankard trophy.

And, a festival funspiel.

The night then finished off late with a festival cabaret, while the curling club received two plaques, which will now hang in the rink forever.
